I had weightloss surger in Nov. 2009 and so have been (slowly) learning to cook nutritious HOMEMADE meals. Couldn’t do it without my slow-cooker!!!

Love my slow cooker.Prepare ingrediants in PM then in AM throw in pot plug in, off to work.When I get home house smells wonderful,dinner is ready,only one pot to clean,then I can be off to kids football,basketball,swimming!!Good luck to everyone.
