My family loves casseroles. We eat casseroles at least 4 nights a week. Casserole leftovers serve as brown bag lunches later in the week.

I love making casseroles because there is always leftovers for lunches for the next day. Also, great for making ahead and freezing, for those days that you don’t feel like cooking.

Ok…I admit it! I LOVE CASSEROLES!!! I make a lot of casserole dishes and am always on the look out for new and intriguing recipes! I have found some good ones on RecipeLion & would LOVE a cookbook dedicated to all casseroles! I have made them with many different things as a starting point/base & I have also used recipes that I have been able to convert or tweak to fit different tastes within my family-vegetarian/low fat/low carb etc…I need some new ideas & this book would help! Besides…I don’t have a casserole cookbook in my cookbook collection! This would be perfect in so many ways!!!
