Hey to all my bacon lovers out there, you might want to pay attention! If you can’t get enough of bacon and love cooking with it then you’ll love this week’s latest giveaway.
The Bacon Cookbook by renowned food writer James Villas, features 276 pages of everything bacon – and I mean everything. This week, we’re giving away a copy of the cookbook to 3 winners.
I dare you to explore these 150 recipes, with tempting full-color photos, plus everything you ever wanted to know about bacon from around the world. The cookbook includes a collection of all sorts of dishes that pair perfectly with bacon, and some you never thought could include bacon! From breakfast, soups and sandwiches, to casseroles, stews and even desserts.

Bring on the bacon! It is so good in soups and chowders. Render a few slices and us the fat to give a complex flavor to you foods.
