The Cleaner Plate Club Cookbook, created by busy moms Beth Bader and Ali Benjamin, is a wonderful and helpful cookbook that I really think every mother should have. This book is much more than just a cookbook, as it also acts as a handy guide on good eating habits, nutrition and simple recipes. It’s filled with plenty of encouragement, practical strategies, and recipes for delicious ways to cook healthy foods. Also it has tips on handling picky eaters! Now I’m not a mother myself (not yet) but I found the honesty and in depth look at real food and what were are feeding our children to be especially refreshing. I honestly think it’s a helpful tool for anyone, mother or not.
